Booking Policies:
If you have previous work done by another artist, please contact us before booking. We must assess the area to confirm whether we can proceed, as results may vary based on the condition of prior work.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

For services priced at $99, the booking fee is $52.50 (includes GST).

For services priced above $99, the booking fee is $84 (includes GST).

Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing the booking fee. Please book wisely and make sure you blocked off the date & time for your scheduled appointment as we block the schedule for you too!
🗓️ RESCHEDULE
If client needs to reschedule an appointment for any reason, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required otherwise a 50% surcharge is applied at regular value on your credit card or on your next appointment.*Only one rebooking is allowed
⏰ LATE ARRIVAL
Being more than 20 minutes late MAY result in cancellation of your appointment as it can affect our next appointments and it's not fair to other clients who's on time.
If cancellation has happened due to late arrival, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required for the rescheduled booking.
Please contact us if you are running late.
💨 NO SHOWS
Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and you may not make any future appointments until previous fee has been paid off. [We respect your time, please respect ours as well]
